How do I know if i’ve passed a yeast infection to my boyfriend?

I’m 18 and i’ve been taking tri-cyclen lo birth control for about 4 months. I frequently have yeast infections and i never know if i could be passing the infection to my boyfriend. We don’t use a condom but he pulls out. So if i have a yeast infection can it be passed to my boyfriend. How would he know if he had a yeast infection? What would be the symptoms for a male yeast infection? How do we both get rid of completely and prevent it from happening?

Yes, guys can get yeast infections. He would start feeling itching and tenderness in the skin where the yeast cells were digging into the skin.

However – guys have a much easier time keeping things clean and dry so its a lot less common for guys to get yeast and easier to treat. (Heck – he can spray himself with athletes foot powder or spray to fix it.)

In general yeast grows where moisture is. Keeping the hairs trimmed so moisture does not have a place to hide, wearing pantie liners to wick away moisture helps, not wearing underwear or wearing ‘boy boxers’ at night to let air circulate down there can help.

But – taking anti-biotics, over-washing the area and some problems like diabetes removes your natural yeast-fighting discharge. If the problem is chronic – you might want to see a doctor.

I want to download the audio on my whole playlist on youtube, which contains 100 songs. I came across sites that allows me to download youtube songs, but only one at a time. Is there a program that i can enter many urls, let it download only the audio/mp3 of videos, and wake up the next day to find that 100 songs from youtube have been downloaded?

Download it using YouTube Downloader HD. Then upload it to Windows Movie Maker, iMovie, or Adobe Premiere. Then extract all the audio from all the clips.

If I have a yeast infection during my fertile days, will it skew my cervical mucus?
Will I not be able to get pregnant this month because I have a yeast infection around my time of ovulation?

it could have an impact but i believe you could still get pregnant, ask your doctor to see if there’s anything you can take for the infection that doesn’t affect ttc
you can also ask doctors online for free, try fertilityties.com
good luck!!

Is There really a way to cure Yeast infection naturally, at home?

Found some information on the web about how to cure yeast infection at home naturally, what is the best way and does it work?

Dear Grace, About 2 years ago, I developed a severe case of vaginal yeast infection that would not let up. The itching, burning and swelling of my labia were simply unbearable. I have purchased several over-the-counter treatments, including Monistat cream to subside the symptoms. While it worked initially, eventually things wore off and left me with an even worse infection than before. The same goes for the antibiotics I took with the advice of my doctor. I felt horrible.

After doing some research online, I found out about a program called ‘natural cure for yeast infection’ . Turned out to be a very effective way to cure yeast with only Natural means. In less than 7 hours, I felt a tremendous relief. Two weeks later and I became completely free from the unbearable vaginal itching, burning, swelling and discharge. Using your methods, I have kept my chronic yeast infection at bay ever since. No more drugs or OTC’s for me.

You can read about the treatment and why it works so well on this website: www.natural-yeast-infection-cure.org I would wholeheartedly advise you to do as I did. It Helped me and from what I am able to judge from their site, countless other people.

What can people tell me about candida?

Please tell me everything you know about the sickness candida. My mother has had it for 8 years and i just found out that my dad thinks she will never get better, which scares me. She’s much better then she was but she hasn’t improved since. Her hair fell out, she’s always tired, and her skin is funny How do you cure candida? How long do people take to get better from it? Are there any medications that help? Are there any sites about it? Is it true that people never get better from it? I couldn’t find a lot of websites about it. Thank you all.
she doesn’t have cancer. it’s candida and i know for sure.

She needs to take
- Probiotics
- Anti candida products, e.g. Aloe Vera, raw garlic, lemon

- drink lots of water
- avoid sugar

Please note: Candida, Leaky Gut Syndrome, Parasites are linked. If you have one of them you are really likely to have the other.

So, in addition to the above I would advise her to take antiparasitic products such as Dr. Natura’s Paranil, Enzymes and Intestine Rebuilding products.

For Enzymes she could eat fruits such as pineapple and papaya. Both of them are really rich in enzymes. For, intestine rebuilding, I would suggest Flaxseed. You can buy ground flaxseed at walmart. Just have her put 1 spoon of it whenever she eats something like oatmeal.

Have her do walking or some sort of exercise. Breathing exercises or meditation are also good. The aim is to make sure the body gets a sufficient suppy of oxygen/breath.

Can a combined yeast infection and bladder infection cause a delay in your period?

Posted on November 22nd, 2009 by admin

I have a yeast infection and a bladder infection! My period was due around last week, but that’s also when both of my infections had started. (The bladder infection could have started earlier.) I heard that a yeast infection usually doesn’t delay your period, but what about both of them combined?

I’m taking medication for both of them now as well.

I was always told that too. That a yeast infection never delays a period and blah blah blah blah.

Ok, I’ve had about 4-5 if not more yeast infections and EVERY TIME it has delayed my period. I’m pretty convinced it does.

Can a yeast infection escalate to a cervical infection if left untreated? Or are they different?

Posted on November 22nd, 2009 by admin

I’ve had both before, but can a yeast infection turn into a cervical infection if left untreated? Or are they different things?

They are different things, however…

Candida, the microorganism that creates a yeast infection, can spread. Although it may not cause a Cervical infection by definition, it can cause cervical irritation if it gets bad enough.

Candida is one of the most widely overlooked epidemics of this country. It is blood-soluble so if a yeast infection is left untreated, it can spread anywhere.

Most common areas of infection for yeast infections are:

1. The vagina or penis
2. The lower digestive tract
3. The prostate in males
4. The brain (causes a symptoms known as brain fog)
